Eduardo Chávez Muñoz passed away on March 11, 2024, He was residing in Wilmington, CA, along with his wife Benita and their dog Lyla. Originally from Jocotepec, Jalisco, Eduardo was the son of Gregorio and Guadalupe. He and Benita were blessed with four sons: Raul, Hector, Alberto, and Gregorio.
Eduardo’s life was profoundly changed when he encountered God after immigrating to the United States. Alongside his wife and their three young children at the time, he devoted many years to serving in the Catholic Church. Despite facing challenges, Eduardo’s unwavering faith and strong work ethic enabled him to provide for his family.
Known for his kindness and love, Eduardo was a cherished friend, grandfather, father-in-law, and, above all, a devoted husband and father. He welcomed everyone into the family with open arms and his generosity and warmth left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Benita, sons Raul, Alberto, and Gregorio, as well as his grandchildren Johnny, Helen, Nathan, and Celine. Eduardo will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

La vida de Eduardo cambió profundamente cuando encontró a Dios después de emigrar a los Estados Unidos. Junto a su esposa y sus hijos pequeños, dedicó muchos años al servicio en la Iglesia Católica. A pesar de enfrentar desafíos, la fe inquebrantable de Eduardo y su fuerte ética de trabajo le permitieron proveer para su familia.
Conocido por su amabilidad y amor, Eduardo era un amigo querido, abuelo, suegro y, sobre todo, un esposo y padre amoroso. Daba la bienvenida a todos en la familia con los brazos abiertos y su generosidad y calidez dejaron un impacto duradero en todos los que lo conocieron.
Le sobreviven su esposa Benita, sus hijos Raúl, Alberto y Gregorio, así como sus nietos Johnny, Helen, Nathan y Celine. Eduardo será profundamente extrañado, pero su legado de amor y compasión vivirá en los corazones de quienes lo conocieron.
