Edith Kane Short

Edith Kane Short, a longtime resident of Carson, CA passed away peacefully on May 30, 2018 at the age of 86. Edie was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 5, 1931 to Carlos and Adriana Racho. Edie is survived by her daughter, Nancy Rusas (James), step-son, Justin Short (Jenny), sister, Judith Monge, her grandchildren, Jennifer Thomas (Jeremy-Jay), Joshua, Brian, and Skye Short. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 6th, 2018 in the Villeta Suite of Green Hills Mortuary from 4pm – 8pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday June 7th, 2018 at 10am at the Historic Church in Green Hills Memorial Park. Burial will immediately follow.
