Edith Marie Parks Winslow

Edith Marie Parks Winslow, 91, widow of Harold Wayne Winslow, Jr., died Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Tuomey Hospital, SC. Born January 29, 1924, in Mullan, ID, she was a daughter of the late James Wesley Parks and Mary Delphine Crowley Parks. She was a member of the Women's Army Corps and she attended Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
She was married to her late husband for 53 years. She retired from a life long career at Bank of America. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Boykin (Jim) of Manning, SC; two step daughters, Lynda Miles of Whittier, CA and Susan Stone of Napa, CA; a brother, James Parks (Ila) of Kansas City, MO; seven grandchildren, Rob, Cari, Rick, Mark, Steven, Barbara and Matt; eight great grandchildren, Desiree, Brianna, Alexis, Haley, Jordan, Jessica, Daphane and Andrew; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Kevin (1969); a sister, Delphine; and a brother, Eugene.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015, at Green Hills Memorial Chapel with interment to follow.
