Doris K. Shinsato

Doris, the daughter of Jensei and Kama Kobashigawa, was born June 15, 1925 in Mountain View, Hawaii and passed away peacefully in her home on September 7, 2011 in Torrance, California. Doris is survived by the love of her life, Yasuhiko, and husband of 67 years; 2 devoted children, Tommy and his wife, Faith and Suzan Tai; 2 brothers, Walter Kobashigawa and Larry Kobashigawa; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. The Memorial Service for Doris K. Shinsato will be Tuesday, September 13th at 11:00 a.m. in the Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
