Doris A. Collins

Doris A. Collins, the daughter of James and Elva Emerson, passed away on August 31, 2014 at the age of 74. She was born on October 30, 1939 in Colorado, worked as a machine operator for 30 years and was a longtime resident of Lomita, California. She is preceded in death by her sons, Albert and James Johannsen, and is survived by 3 grandsons, her nephew, Bob Emerson and dear friend, Glennda Sands. Visitation will be held 3pm – 8pm, Wednesday, September 10th at Green Hills Mortuary, and Funeral Services will be held at 1pm, Thursday, September 11th at the Green Hills Memorial Chapel followed by interment.
