Deana Marie (Stivason) Luna

Deana passed away peacefully at home on February 12, 2023. Deana was surrounded by her loving family and two best friends. She was born in San Pedro, California on June 17, 1977.

Deana had the heart and strength of a true fighter. She had a personality that would light up any room she entered. She was always entertaining, whitty, funny, joking, laughing and dancing. All throughout her 13 year battle with cancer she amazingly always remained courageous, funny and incredibly strong for all of her family, friends, and anyone that crossed her path. Deana is truly one of a kind.

Deana is survived by her Husband of 23 years, Joseph “baba” Luna; Son, Aaron (Elisa) Stivason-Chavez; Daughter, Lyric Luna; Granddaughter, Elanii Rae; Parents, Dean and Elizabeth (Lisa) Stivason; Brother, Dean (Diane) Stivason; Sister Darcy (Kortney) Carpentier; Niece, Kendahl; Nephew, Kaiden; Best Friends, Jennifer Torquato and Marla Chavez. Along with a numerous amount of family and friends.
