Dean Blanchard, the son of Dean and Lillian Blanchard, passed away on January 3, 2012 at the age of 83. He was born on July 28, 1928 in California and had been a longtime resident of Encinitas, California. Dean is survived by his beloved family, step-son; Rick (Susy) DeWitt, grandson; Keanan DeWitt and cousins; Nancy Hadad and Caroline Marks.
