Davina Joan Coyle

Joan Coyle passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 73. Davina Joan Coyle was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on February 7, 1949 to Allan and Mary Hodgert. Joan spent her early years in Southern California. She moved to Oklahoma with her husband, the late Jim Coyle, and their two daughters until after his passing. She then lived with her sisters, Lynne Bozurich and Betty Kean, in Prescott, AZ. After which she lived with her niece, Mary Rhynes, in Poway, CA until 2019 in which she relocated back to Oklahoma until her passing. Special memories from friends and family include pool parties, fondue nights, Christmas tree decorating, driving the green machine, youth camp, theme parties, her crafting skills and Yahtzee nights. Jim and Joan opened up their home to many friends and family alike.

She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hudson and husband Jay and Janet Mercer and husband Matt. Her grandchildren, Bailey & JJ (husband) Cortez, Lauren Hudson, Connor Mercer, Grace Mercer and Lilly Hudson. Her great grandchild, Brooklynn Cortez. Her sister, Betty Kean sister in law, Diana Arceri, and husband Ralph and sister-in-law Judy VanTifflin, husband Ron and family.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 12pm at Green Hills, Eventide Terrace. 27501 South Western Avenue
