David Ignacio Gonzales

David Ignacio Gonzales, son of David Innocenico Gonzales and Guadalupe Siaz Gonzales, was born in Terminal Island Wilmington, California passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his children October 29, 2012. David was married to Josephine Porras Gonzales for 60 years. Family came first to David. He is survived by 11 of his 12 children. David is survived by his brother Henry and his wife Lucille Gonzales of Wilmington, California and his sister Nellie Gonzales Aguirre of Los Angeles. David served in the United States Navy during WWII. David worked 14 years with McDonald Douglas Aircraft retiring April 1983. Though small in size, David's smile lit up a room, opening the doors to all who came. To those who drove up the driveway, he could be found outside in his garden. Memorial Celebration will be held at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California on November 3, 2012 at 1300.
