Darlene Mccormick

Darlene Rose McCormick passed away on October 13, 2019 surrounded by her family. Darlene was born on October 4, 1937 in Lehighton, PA. Her family moved to San Pedro, CA after World War II where she met her high school sweetheart and love of her life Jack McCormick. They were married for 62 years and had two sons, Peter McCormick and Michael McCormick. In California she was a hairstylist and owned her own beauty salon for over 20 years where she made lifelong, lasting friendships. Jack and Darlene moved to Arizona in 1993, first residing in Scottsdale and then in Sun City West. Darlene was an avid tennis player and also enjoyed golf, bowling and knitting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Glennett Homick. She is survived by her husband Jack, sons Peter and Michael, grandchildren Jaclyn, Jennifer and Michelle and great-grandchildren Dylan and Harper, along with many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
