Daniel O. Booker

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel Orval Booker. Dan passed away at the age of 83 on April 29th in Palos Verdes, California surrounded by loved ones. He was a longtime resident of Palos Verdes and is survived by his loving wife, Susan and his five children Cindy, Maria, Donald, Victoria and David, along with his grandchildren Trevor, Emily, Chase and Brooke.

Dan was born in Oakland, Illinois on August 27,1940 and grew up in Paris, Il. He attended Young America High School and was an all-around athlete and President of the student council. Joining the Army during the 1950's and subsequently becoming a successful businessman in Seoul, Korea, he relocated his family to Palos Verdes in the 1980s and continued his work as a real estate investor. Dan was a kind, loving father, husband and grandfather. He will be missed greatly and remembered dearly by his family. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 8,,2024 at Green Hills Memorial Park located at 27501 S. Western Avenue in Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca 90275.
