Cleo F. Rocha

Cleo, the daughter of Orion and Ona Riggins was born March 6, 1919 in Arkansas and passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, January 28, 2013 in Huntington Beach, California with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by Adolph, the love of her life and husband of 68 years, and by her daughter, Mary Silvia Rocha. Cleo is survived by two daughters; Patricia Sudduth and Cynthia and husband, Arthur Azpeitia; Cleo had 7 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, several great-great and great-great-great grandchildren. The Memorial Service for Ms. Rocha will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 4th at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes. In lieu of flowers, it would be greatly appreciated if any donations were made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
