Claudia A. Tyler

Claudia Ann Tyler was born on March 21, 1948 in Meridian Mississippi to the parents of James and Octavia Wilson. Her parents preceded her in death, her father on May 7, 1983 and mother April 15, 2000.

She graduated from Middleton Attendance Center in 1966. In August of 1967 Claudia married her high school sweet heart Jessie James Hall September 1967 Jessie and Claudia moved to Compton California. In 1968, Claudia gave birth to their only child Sophesias Ann Hall.

Being raised with a strong spiritual background, Claudia joined Holy Pilgrim Way of God Baptist Church, Los Angeles and was a faithful lifetime member. She was employed by Boeing Aircraft for 26 years and was a reliable and dedicated employee.

In 1986, Claudia married William Tyler and moved to Carson California. In 1998 William left this life to be with the Lord. Claudia brothers James Wilson and Fred Wilson also preceded her in death.

Claudia departed this life on June 13, 2012 to be with her Savior and Lord. She leaves to cherish her life and memories; daughter Sophesias Ann Johnson and son-in-law I'on Johnson. Grand-children Ashlee Violet Johnson and Ashstin Lloyd Johnson. Four sisters; Alberta Wilson of Meridian MS, Audrey Moore (Pelmer) of Philadelphia MS, Mildred Copeland of Bronx NY, Dorothy Moore of Meridian MS. One brother; Leroy Wilson (Laureen) of Detroit MI and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
