Chuan Cheng Liu was born October 19, 1946 in Taipei, Taiwan. He passed away August 22, 2011 at the age of 64 and had been a longtime resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Chuan Cheng is survived by his loving family; wife, Mei Ing Liu and sons, Hugh and Tony Liu.
