Charlotte C. Lobb

Charlotte C. Lobb, the daughter of Edwin and Valrie Carter, passed away on June 2, 2013 at the age of 77.
She was born on August 28, 1935 in Oakland, California and had been a long time resident of Torrance.
Charlotte is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Charles Lobb; children, Carolyn Jane Jerry and Patricia Ann Dunlap; grandchildren, Rachel, Andrew, Ryan, Christopher and David. Her brother, Robert Edwin Carter also survives her.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 1pm in Green Hills Memorial Chapel, Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
