He was born on October 19, 1944 in Missouri and had been a longtime resident of Torrance, California. Charles is survived by his beloved mother: Katherine Calas and brothers; John D. (Loretta) Calas, Frank P. (Ronni) Calas Sr., James W. (Susan) Calas and Thomas L. Calas.
