Charles S. Brumbaugh, Jr. passed away August 21, 2011 at the age of 73. He was born January 19, 1938 in Los Angeles, California and had been a longtime resident of Rolling Hills Estates. Charles is survived by his beloved family; daughter, Tracy (Anthony) Brumbaugh Bacoka, granddaughter, Blaire Bacoka, and sisters, Karen Kourafas and Lynn Wendell.
