Carolyn Lee Puskas

Carolyn L. Puskas, a long time resident of Palos Verdes died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 28, 2014. She was born January 1, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio and grew up in Worthington, Ohio. She married her husband Albert and moved to California in 1964. She was preceded in death by her father Russel E. Spencer and her mother Esther D. Spencer. She is survived by her husband, Albert G. Puskas, MD and her 5 children Spencer A. (Carrie) Puskas, Laura E. (Mario) Curti, Bradley R. (Celeste) Puskas, Brian W. Puskas and Mark P. (Barbara) Puskas and 11 grandchildren: Michael Spencer, Kate, Joseph, Justin, Jason, Jonathan, Michael, John, Luke, Brianne and Ryan. She is also survived by her 2 sisters Shirley A. (Bob) Landthorn of Dublin, Ohio and Diane L. (George) Mustric of Columbus, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Carolyn's priority in life was her family and her home. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her view from her balcony and always enjoyed being near the water! She was an exceptional cook and made an amazing apple pie. Services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA followed by interment.
