Carolyn is survived by her loving family including her husband: D. Keith Harter II, along with her dear children: Kay Halas, Jill Harter and Keith Harter.
A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, 10:30am at the Lakeside in Green Hills Memorial Park.
