Carole A. Smee

Carole, the daughter of Roland and Florence MacDonald, was born September 8, 1942 in Lawrence, Massachusetts and passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Hawthorne, California with her sons and two close friends, Leah and Linda, by her side. She was preceded in death by Edward, the love of her life and husband of 50 years. Carole is survived her two very devoted sons, Joseph Smee and Daniel Smee; her brother, William McDonald and his wife Carmen, and their children. Visitation will be Thursday, May 29th from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the Green Hills Memorial Chapel with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30th at American Martyrs Catholic Church in Manhattan Beach, California. Interment will immediately follow the service at Green Hills Memorial Park.
