She was born on September 20, 1938 in Denver, Colorado and had been a longtime resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Carol is survived by her beloved family, husband; Richard J. Baker, son; Matthew James Baker, sister; Judith Ann Brown and niece; Anne Marie Elwell.
