August 18, 1947 – May 1, 2025
Caesar Tamayo Baltazar was called home on May 1, 2025, passing peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by love. Born in the Philippines on August 18, 1947, Caesar was raised in Urdaneta City, where he would later meet and marry the love of his life, Marieta Castillo.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Caesar is survived by his two children and six grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by his boundless love and unwavering support. He was a truly generous soul—someone who embraced life fully and poured his heart into his family and friends.
Caesar found joy in life’s simple pleasures: long afternoons playing mahjong, weekends spent at the racetrack, and being in the company of those he loved most. These were his happy places, where his laughter and kindness left lasting memories.
A viewing will be held at Green Hills Mortuary on May 29, 2025, from 4:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
Funeral services will take place at the same location on May 30, 2025, at 11:30 A.M.
Caesar’s warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
