Blanche B. Steen passed away August 20, 2011 at the age of 92. She was born January 23, 1919 in Elgin, Illinois and had been a longtime resident of Los Angeles. Blanche is survived by her beloved family; daughter, Janet (Sam) Levy, son Earl R. Steen and grandsons, John and Richard Steen.
