Beverly Joyce Williams

Beverly Joyce Williams, lovingly known to all as Tutu, 88, of Redondo Beach, CA passed away on April 27th at home with her family. She was born August 14, 1934, in Pomona, CA, only child to Lottie Lorene Kratzer. Some of her most fond memories were made while living in Hawaii and traveling around Singapore and Malaysia. Aside from her love of the ocean and spending time at the beach, Tutu’s greatest hobby and passion was tending to her garden. Her green thumb brought life to varieties of plants and herbs, and she adored watching the squirrels, butterflies, bees, and birds that would visit her daily. Tutu had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. Her optimism and positivity touched everyone she met. Beverly, and former spouse Arthur Williams, had three children together. She is survived by daughter Kristine Williams, sons Greg Williams and Scott Williams. She had seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren whom she loved and adored. A short graveside ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2023, at 2:30 PM at Green Hills cemetery, followed by a celebration of life in Tutu’s favorite place, her garden.
