Benedicta Ybarra Nunez, residence of San Pedro, California, passed away on December 4, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at her home in San Pedro at the age of 89.
Benedicta was born on May 7, 1930 in Phoenix, Arizona and was raised in Nogales, Sonora. She and her husband, Manuel Duarte Nunez, resided in Tucson, Arizona prior to settling in San Pedro
She will be sadly missed by her two sons, five daughters, her sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Manuel and two children Sylvia and Jose. Her service will be held on Monday December 16th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Rolling Hills Covenant Church North Campus, 2221 Palos Verdes Dr. North, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274. She will be laid to rest at Green Hills Memorial Park following the service.
