Arthur Lincoln Dudley

Arthur Lincoln Dudley passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021, at the age of 97. Art died peacefully with his beloved family by his side.

Art was born in Eureka, California in 1924, to Clifford Dudley and Ruby O`Brian Dudley, Art was preceded in death by his wife Sharlotte and daughter Julie. He is survived by his daughter Denise (Robert Thomas), granddaughter Lisa (Jason Reynolds), grandson Matthew Thomas and great granddaughter Reagan Faith Reynolds. Julie’s daughter Erin (Jeff Byer) and great grandson Beau Lincoln Byer.

Art served in the Navy for 6 years and long shored for 38 years. Unselfish, nonjudgmental, kind, generous, a great man. These are the words used to describe my dad by his family, friends and neighbors, A Christian man, that innately and always did the right thing in life. He provided security in our lives enabling to meet life’s challenges. Dad stepped in and filled the gap when others failed us. My Dad was blessed to have Robert Thomas as his son-in-law. Dad could always count on Robert and admired him greatly. Thank you dad, for all the years of hard work and giving your family a wonderful example of how to live our lives, We will carry your Heart, Forever, we will carry your Heart in our Hearts.

A grave site service is planned for Monday, November 15, 2021, at 10am Green Hills Mortuary at 27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
