Arnold was born on March 16, 1922, in San Pedro on Terminal Island.
He lived there with his parents Marie and Samuel, brothers Samuel Jr, Leonard, Rudy and Sister Josephine.
He joined the Merchant Marines and served his country in WWII. He worked for 32 years as a Tugboat Captain for Red Stack Tugboat Co. in San Pedro retiring in 1979.
He was married to Olga Esparza for 66 years until she passed away in 2014. He is survived by his Son Michael wife Deborah, Daughter Linda husband Ron, Granddaughters Rachel and Emily. Grandsons Jeremie, Jason and Thomas, 9 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. The Family would like to thank Hospice Roze Room team of Long Beach.

Funeral Service will be held Friday October 25th, at 11:30 at Green Hills Memorial Park.
