Anthony "Andy" Terralavoro

July 2, 1931 — May 15, 2016

Anthony "Andy" Terralavoro, born July 2, 1931 in New York, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2016. Andy graduated from James Monroe High School in 1949, and served as a U.S. Marine from 1951-1954 in the Korean War. He met and was married to his loving wife, Tina, in 1956 by his uncle, a monsignor. He and his wife came to California in 1956, where he graduated from UCLA with an Engineering Degree. He completed and won several blue ribbons for endurance riding, was a member of the Empty Saddle Club in Rolling Hills Estates for over 25 years, and was noted for his poetic abilities. Andy retired from a lengthy career at Hughes Aircraft in December 1987. He was preceded in death by his son, Vincent Russell Terralavoro, and is survived by wife Tina of 59 years, daughter Jeannie, granddaughters Nicole and Holly, and great granddaughter Juliana.
