Angela R. Hanis 94, passed away peacefully in her home in Palos Verdes Peninsula on November 13, 2012 surrounded by her beloved family and caregivers.
Angela was born March 29, 1918 in St. Mary's, Kansas to John Bernard and Eva Marie Storm, one of 10 brothers and sisters. After she married Lawrence J. Hanis, M.D. they moved from Kansas City, Kansas to Southern California. Angela was a loving wife, sister, and Aunt to all of her large family. Even though she had no children of her own, she enjoyed spoiling all of her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A Memorial Chapel Service will be held at Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to your charity of choice in Angela's memory.
