Angela Elisa Garibay was born November 3 1954 in Long Beach ca to Avelino and Elisa Olivarez .and passed away Tuesday March 3 2020 at the age of 65 in Harbor City Ca .Funeral Services will be held at Green Hills Memorial Park in Palos Verdes Ca, visitation will be Wednesday March 11,2020 from 5:00pm- 8:30pm and a catholic service mass will be Thursday March 12 2020 at 10:00 am at St. Margaret Mary Church in Lomita Ca followed by a burial at Green Hills Memorial Park.Angela was known to many as “Cookie” or “mama cookie “ she was survived by her husband of over 45 years Francisco Garibay, she had 4 children Francisco Jr “Kiki” , Diane “didi”,Sonia “soni” and Robert “Bobby “, 3 grand children Francisco “Frankie “ , Mateo “matty “and Cassandra who to her was “the most beautiful princess in the whole wide world”, her brothers James ,Cruz and sister Katy and preceded in death by her father Avelino her mother Elisa , and her brothers Mike and Sam . Angela was a loving mother, wife grandma and aunt ,she was all about family which was her world she was a nurturer at heart and always thought of others. Angela worked in the medical field for over 20 years she loved being around her family most of all her grandchildren . Angela will truly be missed by all who knew her she always had an ear to listen and always had that special way to give advise, she was truly an Angel.
