Angela Marie Ciaramitaro

On January 21st, Angela was surrounded by family when she peacefully went to join God; her much-missed husband Salvatore; her parents, Rocky & Lucy Grieco; her brother, Joseph Grieco; her uncle, Aniello Grieco; her aunts, Antonette Grieco and Josephine Synstelien; and
her grandparents, Nick and Angelina Grieco.

Angela graduated from San Pedro High School in 1962 and married Salvatore in 1965. She enjoyed everything in life and really liked to help, everyone, much like her father, Rocky. She worked over the years for Nick Trani Insurance, Saint Peter's Presbyterian School, Kim's Kloset, Hairs Delight and Grieco Gifts. She tried never to say no, always wanting to help.

Angela had many gifts in her life, the three most important being her children; Peter, Luci Ann (Salvato), and Rocco "Rocky". She loved them so much, they made her very proud and always brought her the most happiness. She felt lucky to have their spouses; Debbie, Sal and Kelly, to call her own. She was also very thankful for her grandchildren; Samantha (David) Cisneros, Tommy Ciaramitaro, Angelina and Salvatore "Rocco" Salvato, Anthony Perez, Raquel and Gianna Ciaramitaro; and her great-grandchildren, Liliana and Nathan Cisneros.

She was also blessed with the love of her aunt, Joy (Rich) Rackemann; her brother, Nick (Julie) Grieco and sister Joanne (Michael) Schiazzano; nieces, Elyse (Bobby) Pranin, Nicole (Joe) Grieco, Christine Mazzello, Gina Schiazzano and Serena Sanchez; nephew, Joseph Schiazzano; and God-children, Paula Antolos, Mario Amalfitano, Nicky Grieco and Lori Garman.

She wanted to express what a great life she had and that she had the best family and friends. She wanted to thank Dr. Lowe at Cancer Care in Redondo Beach, Vitas Healthcare Hospice and all of the people at Lab Corp in San Pedro.

A visitation will be held 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Green Hills Mortuary. The Funeral will be held 9:00 AM at Green Hills Chapel and the Entombment will be held privately following the funeral. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Angela's
