Angel Eduardo Nevarez

It is with shattered hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Angel Eduardo Nevarez, a devoted husband, cherished father, accomplished attorney, and beloved friend, who left us far too soon on April 7, 2025. He was 45 years old.

Angel was the steady center of his family — a man of great intellect, endless wit, and an even bigger heart. He was the kind of person who could fix anything, explain everything, and still find time to make you laugh. His sharp mind was matched only by his humor, and his presence brought both comfort and joy to those around him.

Professionally, Angel began his legal career as a transactional real estate attorney, where his keen intellect and meticulous attention to detail quickly set him apart. His talents and leadership eventually led him to serve as general counsel, where he provided trusted guidance with integrity, strategic insight, and deep commitment. He approached his work with the same dedication he brought to every aspect of his life — with excellence, compassion, and an unwavering sense of responsibility. His ability to balance a demanding legal career while remaining ever-present for his family is a true testament to the kind of man he was.

He was a loving and fiercely devoted husband to Angela Quiles Nevarez, with whom he shared just shy of 13 beautiful years of marriage. Their bond was one of deep respect, laughter, and unwavering support — a love story built on mutual admiration and true friendship.

But above all else, Angel was a father beyond compare. He was an ever-present force in the lives of his two incredible sons, Joaquin and Lorenzo, who were his pride and joy. Whether it was volunteering at their school, helping coach them at baseball, cheering them on from the sidelines at soccer or basketball games, or helping with homework, he was always there for them — every single day. He championed their dreams, celebrated their wins, and lifted them through challenges with patience and love.

Angel lived with passion and purpose, and he loved with everything he had. His loss leaves an aching void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will forever be carried in the stories we tell, the laughter he inspired, and the love he gave so freely.

He is survived by his wife Angela, his sons Joaquin and Lorenzo, his parents, Angel and Sonia, his brother Adrian, and an extended circle of family and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of Angel’s life will be held on April 17, 2025 from 5:30-8:30pm at Green Hills Memorial Chapel and on April 19, 2025 from 10:00-11:00am at Green Hills Memorial Park for a Lakeside Memorial Service.
