Amado Castillo Atanacio

Amado Atanacio, born on November 6, 1951, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 3rd, 2024, in his hometown of Asingan Philippines at the age of 72 years old.
Amado was a dedicated and honorable man who served his country with distinction as a member of the United States Navy. After a long and distinguished career, he retired earning the respect and admiration of his peers and subordinates alike.
Beyond his military service, Amado was survived by his three children: Jose, Lawrence, and Amalia. He instilled in them the values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion. His legacy lives on through their achievements and the strength instilled within them.
Amado will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to his friends and family and his warm heart. He will be deeply missed by his children, his extended family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him.
A private memorial service will be held to honor Amado's life and service.
