Aloma Louise Obringer-Lewis

Aloma "Louise" Obringer-Lewis, 83, peacefully departed this earth on August 24, 2012 in the comfort of her own home and with family by her side. Louise was born on June 4, 1929 in Dayton, OH. She graduated from Kiser High School, Dayton, OH on June 7, 1947. She then married her first husband, Wilfred "Pete" G. Obringer on June 28, 1947. They moved to California and spent 31 years of life together. Louise then became a widow as Wilfred G. Obringer passed on February 17, 1979. Seven years later, alone no longer, Louise met her soul mate, William "Bill" C. Lewis on February 7, 1986. It was love at first sight and they married on March 18, 1987. They lived like teenage newlyweds and enjoyed dancing, eating out, traveling, swimming, going to church, frequently visiting the beach and most of all...showing each other love, laughing and lots of kisses. They even renewed their vows on March 18, 1992. Unfortunately, Louise was again widowed on August 29, 2005. She is survived by her brothers, Daniel, Jack, John, Jim, and sister, Viola; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews. Some of her family knew her by "Auntie". She did not have children of her own but was a Mother to many. Louise was preceded in death by her mother, Mabel, brother, Tom and father, Daniel Sr. Services take place at Green Hills Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
