Alice Walters

Alice Lorraine Walters AKA Lorraine A. Walters passed away peacefully on May 30, 2016 after a courageous fight with Alzheimer's since 2010. Alice was born May 12, 1928 in San Pedro, CA. to Rose E. and Edmund W. Fields. She is proceeded in death by her parents, her brother Edmond W. Fields Jr; her husband Theodore Walters and their son, Theodore A. Walters. She is survived by her son Edmond (Sue) Walters, daughter, Lorraine (Charlie) Louwerens, son, Richard (Elaine) Walters, nephew, Edmund (Lori) Fields III, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Lorraine graduated from San Pedro High School in 1945, was a housewife most of her life. Worked as a hairdresser in Torrance from 1964 to 1985. She spent her retirement babysitting great-grandkids, attending their many sports ball games and occasional trips to Las Vegas and Laughlin, NV. A memorial service is scheduled on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10:00 am at Green Hills Mortuary 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 with a family burial at sea to follow.
